My theme “The Retailer” is not responsive on mobile… My website is http://www.suregifts.com.ng. Please share insight on how to resolve this.

Are you sure that’s the right name of the theme? I can’t find it: http://wordpress.org/themes/search.php?q=the+retailer

as you seem to be working with a commercial theme by themeforest, please contact the theme’s developer for support; http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products
