    Hi, I love your plugin, great work!

    I’m using Custom Post Types with Custom Taxonomies and changed a few things in the plugin code to make it work.

    I’d like to know how I’d go about to integrate the plugin into a theme, so nobody accidentally overwrites the modified code when updating plugins.
