Theme installation

    Hello,

    I installed the main demo theme via the importer. I received a successful confirmation message but the theme looks broken with layout alignment missing. I tried with both WP 5 and WP 4 latest version and got the exact same error. Could you please check and advise ?

    Hi,
    While checking your site, Elementor HTML structure is missing so, can you check by editing the homepage with Elementor and publish again?

    Also, another solution can be resetting the site and importing demo again if you’ve not added any contents yet.

    If both doesn’t work, please contact us via zakratheme.com chat support as it needs detail insight.

    Hello,

    Thanks for trying to support. I did reinstall completely from scratch on last WP version (5.2.2) under http://163.172.143.185/wp2 but got the same error message despite success confirmation. See below message at the end of the import:

    I succeed to install with a lower version of PHP. I think there is an issue with one version of PHP. Please find below the 2 environments tested. If you can have a look for php7.2 / MySQL 5.7
