Theme Install Page not found

    From the dashboard I navigate to Appearance > Themes > Add New. I then select a theme, any theme and click Install. The browser navigation reads: http://phillipclarke.info/wp-admin/theme-install.php

    After about 1 minute or so, I get the following page statement:
    Oops! That page can’t be found. It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

    I have tried to install several different themes just to see if there is an issue with the one I’m trying to install but I have now had this problem on about 5 themes.

    I am able to FTP to my host and install it in the wp-content/themes folder and make it work but I can not install any theme via my actual WordPress site. Can anyone help?
