• Hello! I am using the inLine theme from Thomas Griffin Media, and I’m having a problem with RSS and this theme. When I use twenty eleven, my blog generates my RSS feed just fine. However, when I activate inLine, going to my feed page simply brings me to my regular site:
    http://codydehaan.com/feed/

    So I went ahead in the functions.php and made sure that this line was there:
    add_theme_support('automatic-feed-links');

    Now, Safari gives me this error:
    “Safari can’t open the page “feed://codydehaan.com/feed”. The error is: “The feed could not be loaded because the content is not in a known feed format.” (PubSub:2)

    Any ideas?

  • Did you find a solution to this?

    In the end I moved to another theme (Yoko), but I did find a workaround. I’m not 100% sure of the details anymore, but I believe I noticed this happening only when I had the full-width template as default. What I ended up doing instead was specifying the full-width template for each page, and then the feeds worked properly.

    Hopefully this works out for you!

    Thanks for answering. I appreciate it.

    I’m running it in full mode, so I guess that’s not it in my case.

    It’s strange. I’ve checked around a lot but cant find where the error is.

    Guess I just keep hunting.

    I would nonetheless try playing around with the default template settings in the theme options, this seemed to do it for me.

    Thanks again. I tried, but with no positive effect. :\

    This is getting kind of tiresome.

    Hello, can I edit the code of this theme? I just need to translate the theme into another language…
