[Theme: Illustrious] Header image not displaying

I can’t get the header to display after having uploaded and set it. I’ve tried looking through the code to see if I can the reason for it not displaying but any changes I make result in an error when uploading the file to the server

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘endswitch’ (T_ENDSWITCH) in /path/to/file on line 1

Please can someone help me. This is frustrating as all hell.
