[Theme GoVard] Pull down Menus stopped working

Any ideas why all of my pull-down menus stopped working? The only thing I can think of was I recently updated of plug-ins but I deactivated them all and the problem doesn’t go away. I just inherited this site so I’m still learning the ins and outs of WP. Thanks for your help!
