Theme: Flashlight Change thumbnails dimensions page width

Hello,
I have 2 questions:

1) I’d like to rotate the thumbnails so that they are vertical and the heads of the models aren’t cut off. I’ve tried changing the thumbnail size in WooCommerce then regenerating the thumbnails, but it doesn’t seem to work. http://theharpercollection.com/product/silk-shibourie-wrap-dress/

2) I’d also like to widen the size of the white box on the page and center align the content; where could I change this in CSS?
