[Theme: Figero] Question about Slider

I recently installed and started messing around with the Figero theme (Created by inkThemes), but there is one thing about this theme that really bugs me.

If you visit the Figero theme demo site https://wp-themes.com/figero/ you will notice it loads the entire page, then loads the “second-header” last. It’s the blue section directly below the header, and I can’t understand why it has to load this section after everything else. It may happen quickly on the demo page, but if you visit my website for some reason it seams to take as long as 5 seconds for it to show up sometimes..

Does anyone see any changes that could be made to have this slider (which goes by the “second-header” div) load while the site is initially loading and not last once everything already has?

Any help would be appreciated!!
