Theme fatal error prevents dashboard access

I installed a nice theme that seems to now prevent me from accessing by dashboard. When I attempt to access my dashboard, I get the following error message instead:

‘Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/supplm/public_html/wp-content/themes/d5-design/inc/options-media-uploader.php on line 96’

Does anyone know a work around? Any advisement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
