Theme editor tool plugin?

Hello

I’ve recently worked a lot with Shopify. Here I used their theme editor tool, where i could download the theme i was working on and when saving my files in Sublime Text 2, they would automatically be upload to the server right away. Is there a similar app/plugin for WordPress instead of doing it through FTP?
