Just logged into my account on jigoshop’s site, tried again to download the Mantra ‘child-theme’, but still the same problem 🙁
Any help?
Rob
Thank you for the report, we are currently trying to fix this.
Hi Rob,
in the meantime – please write mail to support@jigoshop.com with link to that topic and we’ll send you the theme to allow you start your work immediately.

Hi Team,
A little late updating, as I had to visit a very promising client.
Now home, I just found an email from Michael, attached was the Jigoshop-Mantra theme (Mantra child-theme). Many thanks for that 🙂
I have given it [the theme] a quick test on my own server – and it works and looks great. You guys did a really good job at getting jigoshop to fit in with Mantra.
There is only one, very, very small issue, one that I can likely sort out. That is with the product review ‘submit button’.
The button sits partially within the review form, making it partly difficult to click/tap.
If I sort that latter issue, unless you guys do first, I will gladly submit the fix… as I mentioned, it is only a very small issue.
Well, I am more than happy with the plugin, and equally so with the support I have received. Brilliant 🙂
In this case, I have marked this topic as Resolved.
Again, many thanks 🙂
Rob
Hi Rob,
Good luck with your new client.
Thanks for letting us know about the theme issue – it’s with developer already
Hi Rob,
we have troubles with reproducing the issue.
IF your site is live or you can provide us more details (browser, resolution?) – that would be great

Update 🙂
I just found out what the problem was.
It was the addition of the captcha field pushing the submit button down. That would explain why you couldn’t reproduce the problem, at your end. I disabled that and the button now lines up correctly, as in the new screenshot:

Again, many thanks for your help 🙂

As a thank you for your support, I would like to send a small donation, without going thought Paypal and setting up an account with them purely for that.
I did try sending something your way, but the form wanted me to have an account with Paypal. There were no other options.
Would that be OK?
Although my donation, at this time, may not be a massive one given my rebuilding process (see profile) I am still willing, no matter, to send something your way 🙂
Please email me: rob (AT) robhphotographic (DOT) co (DOT) uk
Many thanks 🙂
Hi Rob,
we had some delay with creating alternative donation track, but it’s done now and you should get e-mail with details already. Thank you!
