[Theme: Customizr] split template with a page and posts

Hi

I’ve been looking for days now for a solution. I want to have a page that the top part is a static page and the bottom part is a blog. I like how the customizr theme is showing it so I don’t want to change it.
I found the way to use a posts to page plugin or to create another php file that shows posts when I choose it as the page templates.
Both don’t look good.

What I want is a page that show two other pages. In the top page I will write my text, blog description etc. and in the bottom page I will link from the wp dashboard\setting\reading to the posts page and that way it would show it as I want.

Is that possible? Can I have a template that is splited and composed of two different pages (best if it would have a line between the two pages.
