[Theme: Customizr] Child theme not loading & not editable

While the Themes pages indicates the Customizr child theme is active and loaded, and it is listed in the page source:

… but changes that work in the Customizr Custom CSS box work, but not if they’re moved to the child theme. The child theme used to be editable from a link at the bottom of the Appearance menu, but that link right under About Customizr is gone. I deactivated the few plugins that are installed, but no change. I deactivated the theme and manually re-uploaded the Customizr theme and its child. Even the About Customizr panel says the child theme is active, but it cannot be edited except offline, but that doesn’t matter because it appears to not be working. I have checked other sites I maintain that use Customizr and they all show “Editor” immediately below “About Customizr” on the Appearance menu. I can sure use some ideas.
