• Hi, I am trying to set up a contact form within my site, however I am having trouble to make the form work when using my current theme (‘good-layers’). I can enter info in the form fields and when I press submit, the initial error checking works, but the user isn’t taken to a confirmation page like they should be, and no confirmation email is sent.

When using the ‘twentyeleven’ theme, the form works great, no problems what so ever.

I understand that it would be difficult to know what the exact problem is unless you know the theme etc but I’m just looking for pointers to try and find this out what is causing the conflict with the theme and the form. Are there any common conflicts with themes and posting forms?

    Thank you!

Have you tried contacting your theme’s vendors?

    Andrew, thanks for your response.

I did consider this, and in the long-run, I probably will need to contact them, however I need to enter some sort of purchase code before I can contact them and I don’t have access to that code right now. Just thought I’d check in case there are any common conflicts that I could check for in the mean time.

I’m sorry but we do not support commercial themes here as you paid for support when you bought the theme.
