Theme compatibility

Hi Sebastien and other auto-load-next-post lovers,

Thank you for creating the mod in the first place, it looks very cool.
I would love to see it working on the theme graphene. (http://www.graphene-theme.com/graphene-theme/)

I use the following settings, only this does not seem to work:

Content Container        main.site-main
Post Title Selector       h1.entry-title
Post Navigation Container nav.post-navigation
Comments Container        div#comments
