Hi.
First of all thank you for choosing our product.
If you want to translate Theme Builder templates, you can watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7yjItsMBmw
Let me know if you need assistance with anything else.
Kind regards,
Sophia
Hi,
thanks for your response. I’m a bit confused. Since a “Translate POLYLANG templates” button apprears in the Theme Builder using Polylang Free, I thought Royal Addons was indeed compatible with Polylang…
99% of the website has already been translated, so switching to WPML would be quite costly.
Any workaround ?

Hi again.
Please note our plugin is compatible with all the themes and plugins which respect the coding standards of the WordPress set by its Codex.
Please provide more details of your issue.
Kind regards,
Sophia
Hi,
When I navigate to the Royal Addons Theme Builder menu, I’m expecting to see a “Translate Polylang templates” to manage new translations for header/footer templates, archive, single, etc. But the button won’t show.
Switching back to Polylang Free instead of Polylang Pro, the buttons appears, but translated templates won’t load on the front when switching language. Similar issue as the one mentioned in this post.
I’m running WordPress 7.0.3 with all plugins up to date. Tell me if you need more info.
Thanks again!
Hi again.
Please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: royalelementoraddons@gmail.com
Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content click on Download Export File, and then send this file to our email as well.
We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
P.S. Please don’t forget to mention the support URL from wordpress.org.
Kind regards, Sophia
Hi,
did you manage to fix the issue? I’m having the exact same problem with my website with Polylang Free.
Kind regards,
Rémy
Hi Rémy,
unfortunately no (although it’s marked as solved). Had to get an Elementor Pro licence, and rebuild the template I needed translated in Elementor theme builder.
Maybe with time they’ll fix this compatibility issue. Hope you get luckier than me!
Regards.
