Hi, I have recently installed LAMP server and WordPress on my local Raspberry Pi3B.
Everything as far as I can tell is working ok.. I have apache2 and php 7.0. The theme I want to experiment with, is oceanWP, hovever, it states, requires php version 7.2 or higher. Do you think it may work with my php version ? If not, could you kindly advise as to what I will need to do to upgrade from php 7.0 to 7.2 or higher.
Your help and advice will be much appreciated. Many thanks. Chris

How to install a new/updated version of PHP on your system depends on your OS, and is not a WordPress question. Check in the various Raspberry support groups or in the support for the OS you’ve chosen.

Will OceanWP work? Well, why not give it a shot. If it doesn’t, you can revert to some other theme until you update PHP.

Hello Steven, many apologies for taking such a long time to reply. Unforgiveable I know. I resolved the problem by re-installing latest IOS on the Raspberry Pi then LAMP and it all worked fine. Many thanks.
