The wrong theme is loaded in Popup maker

Hello, my site is using Popup Maker and contact form 7. The site is multilingual. And it uses wmpl for translation. At one point I noticed that the button on the main page that should be loaded. From another language. I have Ukrainian language by default. But for some reason the theme of the Russian language is loaded. In Russian and English all works correctly. In Debug Mode it shows that the theme is loaded correctly, but in fact in the code it is wrong.

In the picture you can see how in Debug Mode one theme is loaded, but in the code it is actually quite different.
