The swf file does not show

Hello, I have placed a swf file on this page : http://brezzaarch.com/?page_id=155 ,
But nothing can be seen. Could you help please.. Here is the code that was generated:

I have also placed a link direct to the swf file (through the Add Media button) and the link is visible on the page, howeverby clicking on this link , you get this message :
Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /home/content/92/8776992/html/brezzaarch/wp-content/themes/responsive/includes/functions.php on line 452I have placed the same code also on the home page, and I get a 404 message.
It is confusing, Could someone help please.
