More specifically, if I upload one photo that exceeds the capacity, the button is activated. However, when multiple photos are uploaded at the same time, the button is deactivated if there is even one photo that exceeds the capacity.

I tried to check the form but the URL that you shared is giving me “403 forbidden” error only.
Forms, however, can be exported from Forminator so would you, please
– export the form in question (feel free to remove e-mail notification first)
– upload the exported file to your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar, or put export code on pastebin.com
– share a link to it with me here so I could download it.
We’ll then test the form against this issue on our own test sites to see what may be causing it and how to get it fixed.

The above problem has been solved. But there was another problem. If I upload 3-4 photos, it will be submitted well, but if I upload 10-20 photos, an error message will appear.

Thank you for the URL.
I made a test on your site and I see the Ajax request for upload is being blocked:

Do you have any server firewall?
Can you please check the firewall logs and see if anything is blocking those Ajax requests?
