Hello, I disabled and re-enabled the extension, but the same issue persists. This problem has occurred before, but at that time, I didn’t have any members. Reinstalling it would be disappointing for me. As you know, fields such as ‘First Name,’ ‘Last Name,’ ‘Username,’ and ‘Email Address’ cannot be removed in the ‘Preset Fields’ section. Due to the error, these fields duplicated themselves, and I cannot remove them. Before the issue occurred, I was adjusting the ‘checkbox’ settings through ‘Safari.’ I wish there was something like resetting form settings. This way, we wouldn’t face a situation where action cannot be taken when critical errors occur. Thank you in advance for your efforts.

I understand your concern but to remove the multiple fields from the form, once you need to uninstall the plugin and after that, install again so the issue will be solved.
