The popup does not appear

    I created a popup, but it doesn’t appear on the website’s interface. Unfortunately, the PHP version is outdated, and it’s not possible to update it. Could this be the issue, or did I mess up something else?

    Thank you for your topic.

    Our Development team checked your case and noticed that you have AutoOptimize enabled, which is causing jQuery not to work.

    We recommend excluding that and checking the case again.

    When we tried using ?ao_noptimize=1, the popup worked properly.
