The plugin to have – great support

We’ve been using this plugin for more than 2 years. Pro version. Apart from being great and useful and specially for the ones who distribute information worldwide, this plugin has several differences if you compare with others. Firstly automatic translations are accurate, you can modify all translations, you can clean cache, so no old versions displayed for 24h like many other plugins have.

But the most important – the support. How many times we meet developers who consider themselves alone in the world. Their plugin works with wordpress, but with disregard to other plugins, CDN systems, security systems etc. And if there’s a problem they send you far far away, as nothing they want to do.

I’m very impressed by developers of Gtranslate plugin. Almost all of us use Cloudflare, almost all of us are facing bot attacks. Development of Cloudflare is great, but there’s no proper documentation on how to use it or allow needed services. Adding IPs to whitelist is not enough. “Under Attack” mode or “Bot fight” are very complicated modes… Cloudflare doesn’t really provide any support. And if you switch one of them on – many plugins are crashing, displaying errors, images are gone. We faced total nightmare. All sitemaps and translations were gone….

Susanna from developer’s team in about 1h solved this problem… These guys already studied this problem and knew how to deal with this.
