I haven’t updated to the latest WP but I have the same problem.
I am unable to :
- ask a question
- answer a question
- make a comment

I have checked the plugin on the WP version 4.5 and it still works fine. I can answer, comment and add questions.
Firstly, please deactivate all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one and let us know if you find the problematic plugin(s). Maybe there is a conflict in plugins.
