the plugin not pushing notification to plugins

    We have several plugins on our website. we sell them using your plugin. when we release new version of a plugin, EDD never pushes notification to users. it should notify the user. Please guide me about how I can achieve this.

    Since you’re referring to the Software Licensing extension, I’ll have to ask that you open a support ticket in our main support system: https://https://easydigitaldownloads.com/support/

    WordPress.org does not permit us to provide support for commercial products here and since Software Licensing is a premium extension, all assistance needs to be handled through the support system on our website.
