The Plugin doesn’t fetch

Hi,
I’m trying to import all tweets from my twitter-timeline into my blog, but it doesn’t seem to work.
I created a twitter app as described and filled in the keys, but it doesn’t fetch any tweets.
What did I do wrong?
I’m using WP 3.6.1 and the twenty thirteen theme.
