    Hello,

Using your latest version with the latest version of the Backwpup plugin:
When in Backwpup you try to save the adding of Dropbox API authentication token string – you get the following error and the action fails. It succeeds only if you first disable your plugin. After the change is applied you can re-enable your plugin and all looks fine.

    Hello @eitanc

Thank you for your message. Was this working with previous versions of the plugin, or this is something you’ve done once and it is happening?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi,

This is something I’ve done just this once so I don’t have any prior info on this.

    Hello @eitanc

I have just done some tests and cannot reproduce the issue. I can confirm that I can add a Dropbox integration without any issues. So it must be something else that is effecting your setup.

If all is working and you do not want to spend more time on this then you do not need to do anything. However if you’d like us to look into it, or you encounter another issue, Can you please send us the systems information file to support@wpwhitesecurity.com so we can start the troubleshooting? Here are the instructions of how to get the file: https://www.wpsecurityauditlog.com/support-documentation/send-wordpress-system-info-file-plugin-support/.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
