    I have been searching for an answer to my question, no hope, can someone help?
    The problem is when costumers purchase a product, the status still in “Pending “ , WooCommerce can’t see the payment or order, there is no emails, no notification I received. So i should manually change the status to processing. Why?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble here. The “Pending payment” status is usually related to the payment method being used, as described in this doc.

    What payment method/gateway is being used on the orders where this occurs?

    The payment method is called (Оплата через Модульбанк) it is a Russian bank’s plugin. All orders are paid successfully but the status is being in pending forever, we receive payments and all that but WooCommerce can’t see the payments and doesn’t change the status automatically. Another plugin i used before was all good, but with this new plugin it’s not work. The support of plugin said that all good with plugin and payments received successfully, I don’t know what to do else.

    Thanks for clarifying that. Normally, payment info is sent and received via the API, but not every payment gateway automatically updates the order status in WooCommerce after a successful payment is made. So, it might be the expected behavior for the order to stay in “Pending” until you manually change it, or there might be something wrong happening with the API calls during the payment process.

    To figure out which one might be happening, you’ll need to get in contact with the bank or plugin developer (if it isn’t the bank who made the plugin).
