Tested so many Support Ticket systems: some paid, some free. And finally ended up with JS Support Ticket.
Immediately felt right and looked good.
It’s easy to configure and has all the needed options in the Pro version.
Support is great too.
Some people in the forums complain about English language. But that’s just minor and can easily be solved, so I will help.
