The Form Not Working Under Normal Condition

    Hello, I noticed that the subscribe to download is not working but when I preview the form and test it under preview mode, it works well. I can’t understand why it’s not working under normal condition. I need help.

    I opened new private window of my bowser as well as use a different browser to test, yet it didn’t work. I saved every update successfully. Please see image: https://prnt.sc/wUNVLOCjEu67

    I have resolved the problem. I used the Text widget to display the shortcode, I changed the widget to shortcode widget and it started working fine.
