I have run multiple times to have the database fixed, but it marks me the same number of problems. Why? Are there any plugins that block changes, such as security ones?

I optimize the first database on the list and fix it. I update the page and the database was not repaired. I have tried many times.

@ildomandatore Could you please try to optimize the tables from phpMyAdmin and the again try to optimize the tables from WP-Optimize and check if it works?
