Hello, In UM you can choose the countries but I do not see anything for the cities, how to increment the cities and then on the search engine to find people close to either Thank you for your help

Unfortunately, this requires customization on your end. You can try checking this doc article on how to add a child select field: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1539-choices-callback-feature-in-um-2-1
