Hey Vaotam,
Make sure that you’ve disabled test mode for the Stripe plugin under WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > Stripe. Also, make sure that you’ve entered a Live Secret Key and Live Publishable Key in the first two fields.
If you accidentally entered Test credentials, it will not work.
I hope this helps 🙂

Hey @vaotam
we’ll want to test for a conflict then. Can you try temporarily disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway, then running another test. If the problem persists, please set your theme to the stock /Twenty Sixteen theme.
If neither of those steps resolves the problem, please open up a ticket with us at http://www.WooCommerce.com. You can do that by going to Support > Helpdesk > Create a ticket > Free plugins.
When submitting a ticket, please make sure to include temporary Administrator credentials, so that our team can take a look at your site.
Thanks!
