    I asked for help from the bekapli plugin support because the plugin is not working. They asked me to access the data. I gave them access to the data, but they still haven’t solved my problem. What should I do?

    I asked for help from the bekapli plugin support because the plugin is not working.

    The name “bekapli” doesn’t exist in the official WordPress plugins database, and I can’t find any references to “bekapli plugin” in Google.

    If you’re creating a new backup (as opposed to restoring a potentially proprietary backup created with the said plugin), then I’d just test out another backup plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/backup/
