    Hello Could you please help me?

    I got problem of not showing thank you msg on Form page after
    redirecting to new link , when I set submit action behavior “redirect to external link” its not rendering message into the div of( class= forminator-response-message forminator-show) instead showing blank check here

    From the Forminator > Edit from > Behavior> Submission Behavior> redirect user to url
    .Redirection Option > Redirect on new tab and show thank you message on form page.

    I have upadted and dowgraded vesrions but not working

    I hope you’re well today!

    I’ve visited the page in question and tried to submit the Forminator form there (the one for downloading the eBook).

    Submissions seemed to work fine and there was a PDF opened in a new browser tab. I could also see a “thank you” message on a form page. Take a look here, please:

    This is what I got, testing with latest Chrome on Windows 10. Did you manage to get that solved already or are you getting different results?

    If it’s different for you and you still can’t see the message – did you try different browsers/devices? If so, is the issue happening for you on all of them or just some (if some – what are they)?

    Note also: the “thank you message” will show up (as pictured on the screenshot) above the form, on a page that has the form included – but the redirect is currently set to open target URL in a new tab. Since it’s pointing directly to a PDF file then if a browser can’t display PDF, it should initially show a blank page and then a download/save browser dialog box. If it doesn’t do that, it’s quite likely that there might be some browser add-on and/or antivirus/security tool on the visitor’s device that’s blocking such download. The thank you message, however, should still be there visible along the form in an original/first browser tab.
