Doch das Problem ist, dass Text am Rand beginnt. Ich möchte aber Vom Textabstand zum Rand einen kleinen Abstand einbauen. 10 Punkt oder mehr. Weiss da jamand eine Lösung.

You can add space around the column block by adding padding on the same column block settings you used to add the background color as shown in this short video.

I checked the page again and it looks like you added the background color to the paragraph blocks within your columns block. To add padding to all the paragraph blocks with a background color you can add the CSS code below to your Customiser > Additional CSS section

p.has-background {
    padding: 10px !important;
}
