There is an image of Brighton Pier, and the text: ‘The talk to be presented follows …’ should wrap around it. It does in the Event Editor, but does not when viewed in FireFox, Brave or Chromium.
Any advice would be appreciated.
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
When I create a test page using the classic editor, it works as above. When I create a page using the block editor, text wraps correctly. The question appears to be: How do I use the block editor in an event?
To ensure we understand your request correctly, you have added an image of Brighton Pier to the event description and would like it to be aligned to the left, with the text wrapping immediately to the right of the image. Is that correct?
If so, we have reviewed the formatting and confirmed that it is displaying as expected across all three browsers you mentioned (Firefox, Brave, and Chromium). For reference, please refer to the screenshot here.
Should you require any assistance with formatting the content, we would be happy to help.
If this is not what you meant, please share screenshots of the specific screens or pages where you are experiencing the issue. Our team will review them promptly and provide further assistance.
I am puzzled. The screenshot below is what happens when I view the page. I cannot find a way to activate the block editor within EP events. I can only see the classic editor. Is there a way to do that? Am I missing something obvious? This happens with all repeating events that are edited.
We apologize for any confusion in our previous response.
To clarify, the Event Editor uses the Classic Editor, not the WordPress Block Editor (Gutenberg).
However, the event description formatting you described—where the text wraps to the right of the image—is supported, as shown in the screenshot shared in our previous response.
Please let us know if you need any assistance with applying this formatting.
