What theme are you using?

I don’t know what a theme is really. My website was done professionally for me though.
A theme is the styling and layout for a site. We ask for theme as that’s where the code that needs to be altered will sit.
The theme you’re using is called cat4-theme, it doesn’t come up as a general release one, so suspect it was developed specifically for you, which means we can’t see where this is set.
From looking at your site, the quickest way would be to add a caption to the last photo, it can be just a couple of spaces, then the caption wrapper would fix the layout.
Otherwise you’ll either need to start learning wordpress or go back to the guys who professionally developed it for you.
