Text on sidebar aligning off

Once again, I have run into a new problem

If you go to http://www.sneakerfiles.com/test on the sidebar you will see “Counter”.
The text within the stats is lining off wrong, and I can not seem to fix the padding.
Anyone have any ideas? Thank you.
