Text input vs. Textarea

First, great plugin!

2 hours ago, something happened to the plugin. Do not know if it has been an auto update that made the change.
But all my 1100 variations have a text input with a maximum of 15 letters / numbers. Now it is not possible to add a maximum. That property has been moved to textarea instead. So there is no option to add text, for the customer unless I have to go in and change all 1100 variations again.
Think maybe the developer has come to swap around the two options. Others with the same problem. Maybe someone with a solution?`
