text editor- link editor – error submission form

    We have an issue with the link/editor. When using it the page jumps to the footer and the text if the submission form is lost. We are not able to use the “link editor” button in the text editor.

    Please advise, thank you

    Can you try changing themes to see if it’s a conflict? Additionally can you look in the javascript console in your browsers dev tools for an error? Occasionally we see reports of this and it’s usually due to a theme conflict or an old version of jQuery being loaded.

    It is not theme related, we have tested it.
    It is not a javascript error.

    So what else can it be?

    @csrjobs can you try deactivating your plugins? You have a selector conflict I believe.

    It seems to be a conflict with All in One SEO pro. We send them a support request.
