Since the latest update, the text editor is not accessible to add or change text for the slide info. It also seems to have broken the existing “read more” links, but I can’t tell for sure, because I can’t get to the text editor to see what url is currently being linked to. I’ve tried to get to the text editor in IE, Chrome and FF, and it is not working in any of the browsers.

    Hi,

Thank you for using Master Slider.

I think there is a conflict between your plugins.
Please deactivate all the installed plugins, then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
I know, it takes time, but in this way you are able to find which plugin was causing the problem.

Please let me know the result.

    Best,
    Averta

Thank you for your response. Sorry, I should have thought of doing that before reporting the issue. You were correct, the plugin causing the conflict is an IDX plugin that Realtors use to display listings from multiple listing system:

I have reported the conflict to them.

    Hello,
I have the same problem. Text editor and visual editor in slide info do not work. I deactivate and delete all the plugins but it does not work. Could you help me?

Hi, i have the same problem. I tested by deactivating. It is jetpack (from wordpress it self) generating the problem. I guess i can’t ask them to fix it 🙂 Is there an other fix you can suggest? I always need to deactivate jetpack and afterwards need to set al the settings back in jetpack. 🙁

    thanks in advance
