    What is your website address?
Have you recently installed a security plugin that has changed the prefix for your database?

    Hi emmape

Did you get your problem solved? I tested the plugin on three installations, and everything is working fine. It is very difficult problem to trouble shoot when you can’t duplicate it on a test bed.

I did send you a testimonial test. Dis you get it?

    Hi,

I received an email saying a testimonial had been submitted but nothing shows for approval.

I have just tested on another of my sites. Testimonials added fine before and after updating to latest version of wordpress. I then updated your plugin details below which has now recreated issue, message shows testimonial added successfully when added through edit testimonials but nothing shows on the list.

You have version 3.20.6 installed. Update to 4.0.8. View version 4.0.8 details.
Compatibility with WordPress 3.9.2: 100% (according to its author)
    minor bug fixes

OK I have found the problem.

You have upgraded from version 3.20.6 to 4.0.8 which is two database changes, so the database is not configured correctly. If you had upgraded all versions there would not have been a problem. My bad!

The only solution at this point will be to deactivate and uninstall the plugin, by doing so you will remove the table, and lose your testimonials. Then install the latest version of Testimonial Basics. Make sure you copy them over to notepad or something like that, so that you can re-enter them.

Sorry to have caused you this grief. Next time, ensure you implement each update, as it is always tested against the previous version, especially if the database table structure changes.

Ok, thank you! I will do that.
