I was doing a test submitting a testimonial to make sure that notification was set up and that the auto response to the user was working. The pop up notification works for the user once the testimonial is sent but I am not getting an email notification saying that someone submitted their testimonial.

I wouldn’t mind checking the site for updates except I would need to do that with over 40 sites.

Any thoughts…advice…? Anything would help. Thanks!

Just tested it in my sandbox and it is working fine.
Under “Settings” => “General”, check to ensure your e-mail address is in “E-mail address”.

I checked that and the correct email address is inserted there but I am still not getting a email notification. I’ve also tried leaving the email section blank in the testimonial basics options so it uses the admin email and i’ve tried filling it in and it still doesn’t send me a notification. Any other thoughts?

I haven’t forgot about you…still looking at a few things.

I have noticed the widget form is causing duplicate headers in some cases. However the e-mail was still sent.

Though I’m not sure it will solve your problem, I will get a patch out today.

    A few questions :

    1) Did your lack of email problem start with the new version 4.06?

    2) Are you hosting your sites or are they on different hosts?

    3) Can you give me one site address that is having the problem?
