Hello
I have a problem of incompatibility with my theme and my plugins
I did a test by deactivating all the plugins here are the results based on the one indicated in the installation process F12
https://www.litespeedtech.com/support/wiki/doku.php/litespeed_wiki:cache:lscwp:installation1 all disabled plugins
results – no posts posted – status 2002 All plugins disabled – except litespeed WP enabled
results – no posts posted – status 500 – x-litespeed-cache: hit3 – all activated plugins except ACF disabled
results – no posts posted – status 500 – x-litespeed-cache: miss
x-litespeed-Cache-Control: public, max-age = 604800
x-litespeed-tag bc91_URL.6666cd76f96956469e7be39d750cc7d9, bc91_H, bc91_4 – all activated plugins
result – post displayed – satut 200 – x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cacheAfter exchanges with my server planethoster
Litespeed server works well, it is possible that an incompatibility exists with a plugin but it is accessory
On the other hand it seems that my theme of elegant theme and divi may have a stronger incompatibility with the litespeed wordpress plugin
Is it possible to have confirmation
ThanksHi NAROLLES,
From me, main issue is start from step2.
Step2 “All plugins disabled – except litespeed WP enabled
results – no posts posted – status 500 – x-litespeed-cache: hit”.Which theme did you use? Did you just enable Litespeed Cache plugin or any other settings?
Best,
EricThank you for your contact
I use the theme Extra d elegant theme with also Divi Builder
Currently I have disabled your plugin because no difference with or without

We can help you troubleshoot why that is happening, if you are interested in pursuing it further. When it is set up properly, and you are getting mostly cache hits, you should notice a difference.
If you want to try to troubleshoot the issue, you can start by sending us a copy of your Environment Report: Navigate to LiteSpeed Cache > Report, press the Send to LiteSpeed button, make note of the “Report Number”, and then post the number here so we can look it up.
Thanks!

thankshi
what s new ?
ThanksHi NAROLLES,
Thanks for your information. I just checked the environment report but didn’t find issues. Could you provide error logs or debug logs to us?
e.g. LSCache Debug log: $document_root/wordpress/wp-content/debug.logYou can paste log here or send it to bug@litespeedtech.com
May I ask why site is running apache instead of LSWS, are you still running some testing?
Let us know if you can’t find the 500 error log.
Best,
Eric
