    We’re using Brevo

    Brevo Configuration shows all required DNS is validated. It’s been over 24 hours and still can’t get a test to go through. I get this error when I submit a test email.

    Action Needed: It doesn’t look like the DKIM record required by Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) has been added to your domain. Please check out our step-by-step guide for details on how to add this record to your domain’s DNS.

    We don’t receive a test email in Inbox or Spam.

    What is the problem?

    Hi @dickraney,

    Thanks for reaching out! Please double-check the WP Mail SMTP → Settings page and make sure your sending domain matches the domain authenticated in your Brevo account.

    Also, please make sure to update your From Email address so it uses your Brevo authenticated domain.

    Once you’ve updated those settings, save the changes and send another test email.
