No, I have not set and along with that even I tried to set Oauth even its not working
Sound like there is an issue with your password.
Did you try to login with web browser?

Yes, I am able to login to my email account
whenever i try to test mail I am getting this issue,

it says me to click on continue button and once i do that it says,
Account access enabled

This is an issue with you email OR Gmail blocked the server address.
Do you have another Gmail just to test it?

Well, I am tring to send mail to info@estatemonkeys.com which is in Gsuite, even I tried to use my own email id but its giving same issue
