    Hi. I just loaded and installed the Hummingbird plugin. When I tried to run the test, I got this error message:
    The performance test didn’t return any results. This could be because you’re on a local website (which we can’t access) or something went wrong trying to connect with the testing API. Give it another go and if the problem persists, please open a ticket with our support team.
    Please help.
    Thank you!

  • Hi @mattkwa,

    I have triggered a manual scan for you. Could you please run another test? The report should be updated

    Best regards,

    Thank you Anton. I ran the speed test again, a couple of times, and came back with the same result/error message

    @mattkwa,

    If you’re not seeing the report, that means that the API calls from Hummingbird are not reaching our servers. Please ask you host if curl calls to https://premium.wpmudev.org are blocked? Also, it might be worth trying to disable any firewall/security plugins that you have enabled to test if there’s a conflict.

    Best regards,
    Anton
