Tesla Themes review

    Tesla Themes will be the worst choice you could ever make! The themes do not download properly nor do they function as they should. They are clunky and cumbersome. We spent more time trying to find answers to fix their themes issues than building the site! The final straw was when we FINALLY got a theme downloaded we tested the contact form…it did not work. We spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find a fix to their issue. We searched the web and found others have the same problem and tried some of the different suggestions on how to fix them, well after hours upon hours not one of the suggestions worked. We asked for assistance again and they never responded, after we complained they just blamed us. They finally sent a canned response 17 days later!
    Then they found out we used a coupon code when ordering and it was at this point they said “yeah sorry but we will not help anyone who does not pay full price”! Sold as is…sorry, but if our themes do not work thats too bad!

    Customer service is DISGUSTING! They do not respect you, nor do they respect the world of business. They say 100% guaranteed refund, that is a complete lie! It’s been proven over and over to them all the issues we had with their themes and they still do not refund, they simply say “could you please unsubscribe from us… thanks”

    Ignorant and arrogant on every level. Stay far away, do not waste your time or money because thats exactly what you’ll be doing. Go with any other theme builder who cares for their product and for their customers because unfortunately these guys don’t.
    All we wanted was a well deserved refund and would have kindly left it at that, no worries no problems but they just continued to make excuses and blame us, horrible service! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

    As you know, I have had a bit of conflict with the folks at Tesla Themes for the last few months. I am so grateful and thankful to tell you all that Tesla and I have rediscussed the issues at hand and have come to a resolve. They will be refunding my clients in full. I have the utmost respect for people and companies that take care of their clients and customers. It speaks volumes to me when someone goes out of their way to make someone else happy. In todays world of business the more you do and give, the more you will receive and today I would like to say that Tesla Themes has done just that, they have proven to us that the are a company worth doing business with and one can trust.
